    Sous Vide Water Bath

    The Labec Sous Vide Water Bath has been specifically developed for chefs and commercial kitchens that use the French cooking technique sous vide (“under vacuum”). Our stainless steel bath, with its powerful recirculating pump, provides slow cooking of food in a vacuum-sealed pouch with temperatures accurate to within 0.1°C throughout the bath.
