This workstation combines a high-speed slide stainer and a precision glass coverslipper into a single unit, delivering reliable, high-quality results comparable to manual operation.

Fully Automatic Slide Stainer
The stainer unit (R-3000A) is built for speed and quality:
- Parallel Processing: Run multiple dye programs in parallel to maximise throughput and minimise bottlenecks.
- High-Speed Handling: A high-speed robotic arm precisely handles and moves the slide racks, contributing to short running times.
- Consistent Quality: The Servo motion control system ensures high dyeing quality, providing results comparable to skilled manual operation.
- Eliminate Seasonal Effects: Reagent heating capability helps eliminate seasonal temperature effects, ensuring consistent reaction kinetics year-round.
- High Capacity: Features 26 positions (2 x 13 tanks) and a slide rack capacity of 30 pieces. The H&E throughput is 30 slides per run.
Fully Automatic Glass Coverslipper
The coverslipper unit (F-3000A) ensures quick, flawless finishing:
- Immediate Filing: After sealing, the slides are placed directly on the slide board, allowing sections to be filed directly after diagnosis, making the process simple and convenient.
- Precision Finishing: The Servo motion control system ensures short running time and high completion quality.
- Intelligent Debris Handling: The system provides automatic detection of cover glass breakage and intelligently handles debris.
- Volume: The unit handles 120 sample slides per throughput and has a cover slip box volume of 150 pieces.
SAFETY, RELIABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT
Both the stainer and coverslipper units prioritise operator safety and specimen integrity:
- Advanced Fume Management: Both units feature automatic monitoring of exhaust gas concentration and include a purification device, ensuring a healthy and environmentally protected workspace.
- Dual Alarm Safety: In case of operation failure, a sound and light double alarm system activates. The system automatically suspends operations, waiting for the failure to be resolved, ensuring safety and preventing damage to the slide.
- Smart Alerts: The coverslipper includes cover slip margin monitoring with intelligent alerts.
- Specimen Protection: The coverslipper’s self-suspension system ensures safety and reliability, preventing damage to the slide during faults.
