CAF-1200 | CAF-1400 | CAF-1700
LABEC controlled inert atmosphere heat treatment furnaces are pre-vacuumed to minimise the oxygen content within the chamber. Nitrogen or argon is then introduced to achieve the required heat treatment conditions under an inert atmosphere. The furnace’s effective atmospheric control and compact design have led to its use in material laboratories and for small-scale production of semiconductors, silicon nitride, and related products.

- Precision PID temperature controller with 50-segment programming (0.2-level accuracy).
- Secure furnace door with four hand wheels and silicone ring for effective sealing.
